About Dee:
Hi there, I'm Dee. If I have not yet met you then I'm looking forward to meeting you at an event or a private session! I'm a mother, grandmother, wife, intuitive empath, sound and energy healer, retired homebirth midwife and crazy spinner of universal light and love. I'm on an endless path of healing and discovery while simultaneously doing my part to be of service as best I can to humanity.
Having studied shamanic practices, depth hypnosis, guided meditation, energy healing and the chakra system for the past 18 years, I have a strong foundation from which to support others willing to begin their own
healing journey; to connect to their innate healing ability. I have gone on to pick up Sound Healing and Quantum Healing Hypnosis® certifications to further assist others in realizing their own limitless ability to heal and transform consciousness. This is my purpose in this life.

My Healing Journey
My journey toward wellness, began with sound healing and my own deep need to heal anxiety, nervous system overload and chronic pain (Fibromyalgia). After years of energy healing and continued struggle with being overly empathic and taking "on" and taking "in" too much, I stumbled into sound healing as part of a weekend zoom retreat and an answer to a prayer. The sound portion of the event was mind blowing and reached a place in me I'd never experienced before. A place of deep stillness where healing could finally begin. The sound vibrations bypassed all the rigid structures I had that kept me chained to survival mode; A deeply embedded control structure that was very reliable and had kept me safe my entire life when the world of my childhood was so very out of control.
Sound healing gave me the ability to remain strongly grounded, centered and connected allowing for vital earth and cosmic energy to flow. A stronger, more clear connection to my intuition began to develop guiding me in meditation and my own healing.
Looking back, I can see now that everything had to crumble in my life (my health, my job, my relationships) in order for me to reach such a place of extreme discomfort and desperation that I said a prayer......and then found sound healing. Out of chaos, beauty emerged. I will forever be grateful for that chaos.
Today, I'm honored to be of service assisting others on their own heart centered journey to wellness and vitality by offering QHHT® Sessions, Group Sound Baths, Women's Healing Circles and Retreats and Crystal Reiki Sound sessions.
